With Christmas being just around the corner, it’s already time to start thinking about those presents for loved ones (and yourself!). In 2010 there have been some hot releases, and here are some of our top Chrismas picks:
Roland F110 Digital Piano:
We have one set up on demo at the Umbrella Music shop in east London, and it is one of our favourites. The F110 looks elegant, has a fantastic touch, and the sound quality it top drawer.
Aria AW-20 Acoustic Guitar:
This full size acoustic guitar in natural finish is affordable and plays like a much more expensive guitar – the sound quality and playability compares to a pricier instrument. Perfect for the beginner or student.
Mayflower Violins:
These are student violins at an amazingly low price. Don’t be fooled though, the violin includes the bow, case, and rosin, and is available to purchase in all sizes.
Casio AP220 Digital Piano:
Recently reduced in price, this Casio piano beats pianos in a similar price bracket hands down. The Casio AP220 has 88 keys, duet mode, metronome and recorder, and the three pedals as standard.
Korg SP250:
The SP250 is Korg’s mid-range digital piano that looks and sounds the part. Lush keyboard action, has 30 built in-sounds including 12 types of piano and electric piano. One of our top choices.

Casio CTK-2100 Keyboard:
The standard keyboard in education, the Casio CTK-2100 has a whide range of sounds, 61 keys, and plenty of backing tracks which are useful for learning.
Echo AudioFire 2 Audio Interface:
As more and more people get into home recording, the Echo soundcard is the perfect interface for connecting microphones, keyboards, guitars, and more to the computer. Simply connect to the computer and hit record.
